  • Do you have proper insurance and workers compensation?

    Yes, we have a valid commercial liability and auto policy. A COI is available upon request. Our workers compensation is valid and a copy of the certificate is available upon request.

  • Do I need to be home for work to be done?

    No, it’s a personal preference if you want to be present while work is being performed

  • I'm ready to move forward. How do I accept your proposal?

    To accept the proposal, please sign and return at your earliest convenience via mail or email. 

  • Do you offer emergency services?

    Yes, we do. 

  • How to prevent oak wilt?

    You can deter the overland spread by the insect by ensuring that trees are never wounded between April 1 – October 15, especially in areas of the state where oak wilt is a concern.

  • Will wood chips be left after stump grinding?

    Yes, chips stay in place after stump grinding. The chips are organic material and can be used to protect from having a large void from the stump

  • What form of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

  • Do you offer discounts? (senior, first responder, etc.?)

    When quoting projects, we price at the lowest price possible.

  • Will someone other than MTS be performing my tree work?

    MTS does not use subcontractors. Only our crew will be on-site performing work.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans.

  • What are your payment terms?

    We ask that you pay for services at the time of completion.

  • Are crew members certified to use your equipment?

    Yes, all crew members are Mobile Crane Operator Certified by the NCCCO

  • Will there be damage to my property?

    During your pre-quote walk-through, any risks will be noted and presented to you on the quote. We strive to avoid any damage by utilizing crane trucks, mats, and other equipment.
